Malö 46 Classic

Malö 46 Classic is the ultimate long-distance cruiser that offers excellent sailing performance, comfortable accommodation in 3 cabins and 2 toilets, very good storage spaces and a well-protected aft cockpit with hard-top.
Malö 46 "Kastehelmi" was delivered in 2008 and the owner long sailed in the years 2009-2020 and now the last 2 years in the Baltic Sea. A lot of equipment is continuously updated and after 50,000 Nm the boat is still in fantastic good condition.

During Baltic Sea cruising the boat has been inside a warm hall for winter periods
During circumnavigation and Mediterranean cruising the the boat has been annually on hard for 2-5 moth periods, then always covered with protection canvas over the whole boat.

Hull, Deck and Cockpit
GRP construction. Lead keel. Integral rubbing strake with protection bar. Hand laid teak on deck, coachroof and cockpit, original thickness 12 mm. Deck and coachroof teak has been sanded in 2017. Old antifouling layers removed by sanding and replaced by new antifouling in 2020.
