Extremely nice Najad 440 AC from 2006!
Najad has always been well regarded for the quality of the joinery and interior layout. Since 2005, Najad has been working with Dick Young Designs who has successfully modernized and changed the layout and design of the interior. Najad 440 AC has an underwater epoxy-treated hull. She has a teak deck and teak bathing platform, a cockpit with teak seats and a fixed table. The windshield in aluminum is solid and has a beige sprayhood.
The steering wheels sits on a steering pedestal in the back of the cockpit. 3 bladed folding propeller.
The interior is in African mahogany with Jatoba details. The floor is in Jatoba plywood with wenge posts. There is standing height in the lounge (2.03 m). The kitchenette is in L-shape and comes in standard version with two-plate gas stove with oven, double zinc in stainless steel with both hot and cold water tap, large working surface in laminate, insulated freezer with refrigerator part. The berths are divided into 2 double-bed cabins in the stern and 2 beds in the front cabin. There is a shower and toilet at the front cabin and a toilet at one aft cabin. Heaters are available in all areas.
