Sail Schooner
Do you want to sail around the world or have a "cottage" in Stockholm's inner city?
With Jackie, you don't have to choose. Jackie is a fantastic long-sail boat, well designed, fast and safe. When you are onboard her, she is also a complete home. She has sailed in the Baltic Sea but is built for significantly longer sailings for those who want to.
In 1986, she was completed for use as a sailing schooner and since then she has had her piers on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm and in Enköping. For the past 5 years, she has been back to Stockholm and Hammarbyhamnen, where she now has her berth.
She is steered from two optional steering positions. The main rudder is in the stern and the inner steering position is in the wheelhouse, which is also a bright and pleasant social area. From the wheelhouse you go down into the galley where eight people sit comfortably to eat and socialize. From the galley on the port side, one of the sleeping cabins is reached with double bunks.
From the galley ahead you reach the salon with double sofas and lovely social areas. In the salon there is also a nice soapstone fireplace. From the saloon on the port side there is another sleeping cabin with double bunks. And ahead is the captain's cabin with a large and spacious double bed. There is storage in all sleeping areas.
There is also a WC/shower and a small "laundry room". Aft there is a so-called crew cabin with three beds.  Heating with an air source heat pump and the soapstone stove.
The last drying was June 2023, when she got, among other things, new epoxy painting below the waterline and new propeller shaft seal.
